David Hernandez ($2M/2020)

And from 4th year players not offered arbitration, I'll waive the following, knowing they'll go to my NRO list:
Adam Liberatore ($250K/2020)
Yasmany Tomas ($250K/2020)
Christian Colon ($250K/2020)

And just in case I need to post him here, the Blues waive Dellin Betances (not offered final year of ARB) ($2.5M/2020)

Assuming McCarthy goes unclaimed (duh) along with Hernandez, I'll stash them both in the minors for now.
