GIG 2021, Round 4 (May 17 thru May 29)

Kyle asked me to fill in this week. So here goes

1a) Who will have the best record during the cycle from the Scully? Reminder, not year-to-date, just this cycle.
Bums = +1 if you're right, but -4 if you're wrong
Miners = +2 or -3
Koi = +3 or -2
Blues = +4 or -1
Dogs = +4 or -1

1b) Who will have the best record during the cycle from the Uecker?
Honey Badgers = +1 or -4
Sweets = +2 or -3
Brewers = +3 or -2
Argonauts = +4 or -1
Knights = +5 or 0

1c) Who will have the best record during the cycle from the Caray?
ACL's = +1 or -4
Maniax = +2 or -3
Rougarou= +3 or -2
Hammers = +4 or -1
Robots = +5 or 0

1d) Who will have the best record during the cycle from the Uecker?
Kraken = +1 or -4
Madmen= +1 or -4
Rum Runners = +3 or -2
Landlubbers = +4 or -1
Rattlers = +5 or 0

2) Bryce Harper leads the league in walks with 34. He's followed by Soto (31), Trout (30), and then it drops off. Who leads the league after the cycle?
Harper = +1
Soto or Trout = +3
Field = +5

3) Mike Leake has 4 complete games already! Will he have another during the cycle?
Yes = +2
No = +1

4) 4 pitchers are tied for the lead league in losses with 6. Lester (0-6), Mikolas (0-6), Woodruff ((1-6), Sheffield (1-6). For 2 points, name the pitcher who will lead the league after the cycle (ties count). No field option in this one, if someone other than these 4 are in the lead we all take a zero.

5) I don't know if you guys know this, but this Betts kid is pretty good. He's leading the league in BA (.377) OBP (.459) SLG (.733) Hits (55), Runs (36), RBI (48), Total Bases (107), OPS (1.192), and K/BB ratio (1.1). Sheesh...
Here's the question - for 2 points, will he lead the league in each of these categories at the end of the cycle? Yes or No?

6) Teams from the Uecker have been outscored by a combined 98 runs so far this year. Ouch.
Predict what their current margin will be at the end of the cycle.
+5 points for nailing it
+3 points for being within 3 runs
+1 point for being within 10 runs
