GIG 2021, Round 7 (June 28 - July 10, and an ALL-STAR Game Question!)

Like you guys, I have enjoyed Rod’s questions (except the fact that the points are so low!), so I’m gonna include some of his ideas into these, but be more generous with the points. And as always, if you have any suggestions for questions, please text them to me at 52zero-40three-877three. Or email.

1) We’ve got some interesting inter-league 3-game battles happening July 8-10. Pick the series winner and get the points in parenthesis. Call a sweep for ANY of the matchups and TRIPLE your points, but get ZERO if you’re wrong about the sweep.
A) Brewers (+3) @ ACLs (+1)
B) Blues (+1) @ Rum Runners (+2)
C) Bums (+1) @ Kraken (+1)
D) Honey Badgers (+3) @ Maniax (+1)
E) Argo (+2) @ Rougarou (+1)

2) The Kraken have a 6-game winning streak going. When will the streak end? Fun points here: The higher the number, the more points you get. Example: If you choose it ends at 6, you get 1 point. But if you choose it ends at 7 and you’re right, you get 2 points (one for each win, including the current 6, so that guys can guess 6 and still get a point). If you choose it’ll end at 10 and it does, you get 5 points. Their Round 7 schedule starts with one game against my Blues, then 3 against the Miners, then they get the Koi and Dogs. From there, I’ll let you do the research if you wish.

3) Pick any team from any division that is NOT in 1st place currently, that you think has the best chance to be in first place at the end of Round 7. Currently, every leader in the 4 divisions has at least a one-game lead (no current ties).
If you pick a team 1 game back, you get 2 points.
2 games back: 4 points.
3 games back: 6 points.
5 games back (nobody is 4 games back): 8 points.
6 games back: 10 points.

4) The Uecker had a pretty bad Round 6. The Honey Badgers currently lead the division at 38-40, with the Argos and Brewers one game back at 37-41. Will ANY Uecker team be above .500 by the end of Round 7? No = 1 point. Yes = 2 points.

5) For the first time in MSB history, I have it on good authority that Rod will be running All-Star voting and an All-Star Game somewhere around July 13 or so (just after Round 7). 1 point for each yes-or-no question. 2 points for the “name a player” part of the question. 1 point for each correct "more questions" answers. Yes, I know nobody knows which players will be voted into the All-Star Game yet, so do your best to name players you think have a chance to make it.
During the All-Star game, will any player...
A) Steal a base? Name a player
B) Hit a triple? Name a player
C) Hit a home run? Name a player
D) Have more than 2 RBI? Name a player
E) Strike out more than 2 hitters? Name a pitcher
F) Give up more than 2 runs? Name a pitcher
More questions:
G) Teams will be constructed of players from the Frick vs. players from the KML. Which team will win the game?
H) How many runs will the team you picked win by? (If you’re wrong about the winner, you get zero for this question.)
I) Will the game go into extra innings? 1 point for NO, 2 points for YES.
