The Bums will offer arbitration to the following:

Josh Hader......2.6 WAR/$1.5M increase = $3.5M salary
Sean Manaea......3.3 WAR/$2.0M increase = $3.0M salary
Ramon Laureano.....2.1 WAR/$1.5M increase = $4.0M salary

The following players will not be offered arbitration and allowed to pursue other opportunities through free agency:

Zach Davies (SP)
David Dahl (IR)
Raimel Tapia (OF)

Brendt, can you check on Laureano again? I had him still as a rookie and that this is his first arbitration. If so, he jumps up to $2mn.

Yes, you are correct on Laureano. Have him at $2.0M on my spreadsheet; no idea where I came up with the $4.0M.
