First part of arbitration opens after the transaction freeze ends and is anticipated to end at the start of free agency (approximately Sunday, February 2nd).
Second part of arbitration (applying to only players in the fourth year of their rookie contracts) is TBA, but anticipated to be Sunday, March 16th through Sunday, March 23rd.
