With all the catching prospects already taken, I'm very surprised the one I considered the best of the bunch coming into the draft is still there. Better take him now:

I had Contreras just aftert Jansen in my overall catching ranks.

My catching list went like this (edit: besides Bart, whom I had no shot at hoping for with the 1.16 pick):
Varsho
Jansen
Contreras
............

And because I have Will Smith already, I was hoping to wait until round 5 to snatch one up.

2nd edit: never mind me... some of the guys I listed haven't been selected yet!

I don’t dispute Varsho was at the top of the list, but after Bart (whom *I* didn’t even have a hope of drafting at the 1.3 pick!) I had both he and Jansen as equal. But seeing as both are just a mere step away from the majors, I had others (namely my choice of Hernandez) ranked higher on my personal rankings.

In any case, quite the collection of catching talent on the board this draft.

3fd time gotta be the charm... and yes I picking a Catching prospect, although a little late to the party. I did search the list of the rosters and I swear he is no where on it..unless there is a dreaded spelling error somewhere

I'm pretty sure Enyel De Los Santos was a VALID pick so unless I am missing something you didn't have to correct it.

I would rather my first choice. Between the email I got and the board saying my pick was invalid I choose again.

oh man, my reply to your pick was just a joke! I was totally messing with you, saying you couldn’t have him because he was next on my mock draft list. Did someone else email you to say Enyel was invalid?
