GIG 2020 Round 7

GIG scores are finally updated (from round 5 and 6).  Sorry for the delay.

Here are the questions for Round 7:

1) Call it the "ACLs Love" question(s) of the week.  What a season! And they're on an 8-game win streak.  It's gonna be a real bummer when Ankeny loses to the Blues in the World Series this year, so I feel compelled to give them all their love now.
I opined last week that if the Cy Young award were handed out then, it was a 2-man race (Kershaw/Flaherty).  Well... NOT ANYMORE! The ACLs' Shane Bieber done run the table in wins during Round 6 and has a 2-win lead (14) on the 10+ pack in double digits; Mike Minor continues to pitch out of his league, along with 2 other ACLs starting studs, Soroka and Morton.  ALL of them have qualifying ERAs under 3!  And there are simply too many other pitchers to mention that could put together a good second half, so the CY is truly anyone's guess at this point.
Here are the questions:
a) With Morton barely hanging on with an ERA of 2.99, will he stay below 3? (yes or no, 1 point)
b) Bieber shot to the top of the ERA standings at 2.25, 0.07 better than Soroka and 0.19 better than the Kraken's Flaherty.  Will Bieber stay on top? (yes or no, 1 point)
c) Mike Minor's 2.59 ERA is exactly one whole run above his 2019 real life number. The dude's performance this late in the season baffles the mind.  Will his ERA improve, or decline? (if he remains at 2.59, that will count as "improving"... 1 point)

2) The Bums' Pete Alonso (oh, do I regret that trade!) leads the league with 44 home runs.  We're only 93 games into the season.  He should be around 105-106% playing time by game #162, so let's assume he puts in a full season.  Alonso is on pace to hit 77 jacks by season's end.  Thanks Minute Maid Park! :) And watch out for dem Bums: They're on a 4-game winning streak and currently hold the #2 WC in the Frick by one game over the Sweets.  AND, they have a weak schedule coming up in Round 7, with 10 games against sub-.500 teams.
Questions:
a) How many home runs will Alonso have by the end of Round 7? (2 if you nail it, 1 if you're one off)
b) Will the Bums still be holding a playoff seat by the end of Round 7? (yes or no, 1 point, a tie counts will count as a "yes" vote)
c) The Bums come out of the gate in Round 7 with 3 in Scurvy-town. Will the Dogs stop the 4-game win streak? (yes = 1 point, no = 2 points).

3) How 'bout those Miners???  I love seeing David at the top of the standings - I truly do.  Longtime well-respected, consistent, strong owner having a stellar season only overshadowed by perhaps what will be the best regular season team in MSB history (ACLs).
Let's do some questions involving Phoenix...
a) They currently have the best offense in the Frick, scoring 540 runs.  Right behind is the Dogs with 534.  The Miners have a slightly tougher schedule than the Dogs in Round 7, in my opinion - but you can check for yourself.  Will the Miners stay ahead of the Dogs in runs scored? (yes or no, 1 point)
b) The Miners have a 4-game lead on the 2nd-place Blues.  Will that lead shrink, expand, or remain at 4? (1 point for "shrink" or "expand," 2 points for "remain")
c) They lead the Frick as a team in home runs with 180. That's nearly 2 per game! However the Koi and Sweets are right behind with 179.  Will the Miners be on top at the end or Round 7? (yes or no, 1 point, a tie will count as a "yes")
d) How many home runs will the top Ford Frick team have? (3 for nailing it, 2 if you're one off, 1 if you're 2 off)

4) The 4 teams currently holding playoff positions in the Landis are starting to really pull away from the pack.  7 games separate the current #2 WC Rum Runners from the Rattlers and Cache Hogs.  However, only 1 game separates the Runners from the Rougarou for the #1 WC.  I'm gonna give 3 points for this one question, so you might want to check their schedules...
Question: Who will be holding the #1 WC at the end of Round 7. (Runners or Rougarou, 3 points... say "tie" and get 4 points)

5) The Rolla Sweets' Jeff McNeil is on a tear!  He has shot to the top of the league in hits (140), batting average (.360), and OBP.  And he's in the top 10 in several other categories including being 6th in slugging % at .635.
Question: The OBP battle is a good one: McNeil (.432), Trout (.431), and Conforto (.430).  Which man will hold the lead at the end our Round 7?  (2 points for naming the player (ties will count), 2 points for nailing the %, 1 point if you're within .003).

23 points possible in Round 7.  The leaderboard is tight, as usual.  Good luck!

3a. I’m tempted to vote against my team here given some of the pitching I will face, but I think there’s a good chance I’ll still have the lead.
3b. How can I say anything but expand?
3c. Yes
3d. 205
4. I’ll give it to the Rougarou simply due to their 1 game lead.  Seems like the Rum Runners play a harder overall stretch, but the Rougarou also have a 7 game stretch against the Miners, Sweets, and ACLs, so who knows how this will play out?
5. Trout at .438
