August 1:
Lopez from the Maniax just narrowly missed a no-no in their 5-0 win over HGH. Lopez was perfect through 5 before an HBP broke up perfection. But the no-no was still in place with 2-outs in the bottom of the 9th! Turner broke it up though with a single to shallow center. So close...

August 2:
Rum Runners break the Sweets streak as they win 8-6. Moncada goes 3-6 with 4 RBI and his 19th HR.
But no disrespect to the Sweets who have broken away slightly from the back in the Uecker.

ACL's (yawn) win again with a 4-0 win over the Robots. Including their win on the 3rd they have now won 7 in a row and have a firm grasp on the best record in the league at 76-35

August 3:
Did I mention that we're in August and every team in the Scully is still over .500?
