Is Free Agency over for Chicago?

I feel like a fish out of water as we start the next week of free agency. I have one open MLB roster spot and roughly $500K of free budget to spend. Not sure either of these things are worth changing. I haven't checked out, but I just cannot see filling that final roster spot and spending the last bit of cash.

Team needs do appear to have been filled for 2018, so that is a great sign at what appears to be the end of our free agency.
