Now that Ive been updated on the rules.........
The Koi also offers arbitration to M. Tanaka P 2.7 war 2M

Same comment you as to Kyle and Shane so that other GMs see this, but for 2019 ICE players: by offering arbitration to Tanaka, his contract value will remain the same and you will be able to offer arbitration in 2019 and 2020, but this will immediately decrease the length of his $2M contract from 2019 to 2018. Yes, you will be able to get an extra year out of him (since he can be extended in 2019 and again in 2020), but that will cost you a little bit more. Just wanted to ensure I post this here as well.
