Title: Kraken Arbitration

The Kraken offer arbitration to the following two players. Both are in their 2nd year of arbitration:

 * Nicholas Castellanos (3.0 WAR) = $1.5M + $2M = $3M/2019
 * Kyle Hendricks (3.2 WAR) = $2M + $2M = $4M/2019

Granted, however note that Castellanos is at $3.5M.
