Bums on the market

I have a few players on short term contracts who could be contributors to teams looking to build a contender. In particular:

Matt Kemp (2020, $1.25M)
Jean Segura (2020, $2.0M)
Dee Gordon (2019, $1.25M)
Omar Narvaez (2020, $250K)

I have others that could be available in the right deal as well. Anyone short term is certainly open for discussion, and just about anyone at all for the right package. I'm looking obviously for long term assets, including high round draft picks. Anyone close to the majors who would still be controllable for several years would also be of interest.
