Reminder:
You do not have to have an open roster spot in order to make a bid. Should you win the auction you must immediately waive a player (or make a trade) in order to clear the roster spot. This must be done within 24 hours.

You do have to have eligible funds however. Conditional bidding is not allowed during the regular, or open, bidding. If the CO determines that you have made a bid that would exceed your salary cap it will be voided. We want to stress however that it is your responsibility to manage your own roster and salary cap. Please do not depend on us to do that for you - we kind of have a lot going on during the auctions. Ha ha

There is one exception to the policy above. Conditional bids are allowed during silent auction.
