Rougarou at Argonauts:
Cueto vs Fried

The best thing I can say about this game for the Argos is that both Devers and Harris each had two doubles. Devers is hitting a robust .625/.667/.875 in the series after a 4-0-3-1 night.

But after that? Meh. It's not that they are playing bad, it's just that the Rougarou are playing better as they win their 2nd game on the road in the 5-2 win. Biggest culprit for the Argos? Harper is 0-9 so far and simply has to play better.

For the Rougarou it was a nice team effort. Both Lowe and Correa had 3 hits, Buxton and Alvarez each had 2. Robles scored a couple runs. Frazier (run scored) and Lopez (RBI) also contributed. Meanwhile Loaisisa and Diaz each recorded their second hold and save of the series.

For the Rougarou they have to be extremely happy to win games 1 and 2 on the road and have Verlander and Cole have yet to pitch and are lined up to start three of the remaining five games. Meanwhile the Argos will look to have Ryan and deGrom even up the series when the series shifts to Lakeview.

Rougarou had the most road wins of the season and were the only playoff team to have a losing record at home! So maybe the wins on the road are not as impressive as wins at home? Fascinating result, imagine if they played half their games anywhere but their worst stadium?
