Superstars on the trade block

The Yetis have a pair of superstars under contract to play SS and another pair under contract to play 1B. We are considering trading one of these players - and possibly one from each position.

Shortstops
  • Wander Franco (Rookie/'25, $500K)
  • Dansby Swanson ('26, $9M)

First Basemen
  • Freddie Freeman ('26, $12M)
  • Matt Olson ('25, $7.25M)

To maximize return, we may be willing to accept a bad contract (to bring the effective salary down for the trade partner).

Our primary needs are:
  • #1 or #2 starting pitcher(s)
  • Closer-level reliever(s)
  • Great prospects/draft picks (we might be able to package lesser prospects and/or picks from our side)
