1/21/2018 @ 3 PM PST - deadline to waive all players eligible for free agency, deadline to promote all players who must be promoted and free agency nominations open
1/28/2018 @ 3 PM PST - deadline to send in any Rule V draft selections
2/4/2018 @ 3 PM PST - week 1 of arbitration begins
2/11/2018 @ 3 PM PST - Free agency begins
