No problem on when you posted them.

Valbuena, Kuhl, and O'Day are granted.

Cingrani is showing for me at only 126 days on the DL out of a total possible 186 days. See here: https://www.spotrac.com/mlb/disabled-list/2019/cumulative-player/los-angeles-dodgers/ which makes some sense given that he spent some time in the minors.
