Rickey Henderson

I saw a meme today that said Rickey stole more bases in 1982 than any MLB team last year. This got me thinking, what is the highest SB individual total you have seen in a DMB league? Maybe someone played an 80s season with Ricky, or Raines or Coleman or Wills in a 60 season that beat this.

Wow    I was under the impression that stolen bases were up quite a bit last year due to the larger bases and 3 throw over limit.   I would have bet the farm that Ricky's 1982 was more than most previous season EXCEPT for last year.

Upon further review it looks like that meme was talking about 2022 not 2023. Rickey did beat every team in 2022 but 2023 had several teams above Rickey’s mark.

I had 100+ in a legends league with Billy Hamilton. The 1890’s HOF version of Hamilton, not the guy who came up with the Reds. But that guy could fly too. 155 SB in the minors in 2012 - that doesn’t even sound logical.
