GAME HIGHLIGHTS
Dogs 10, Brewers 4
This game was close late, until Scurvy roughed up the Brewer bullpen for five runs in the eighth, the big blow coming courtesy of Corey Seager and his 3rd home run. George Kirby somehow dances around eleven hits in his six innings, but the Dogs bullpen goes three no-hit innings to secure the win.
Rum Runners 12, Robots 2
Chicago doesn't wait until late, scoring five in the first and rolling out to a 10-0 lead after four. Leadoff man, Austin Hays goes a perfect 4-4 and scores three runs while Chas McCormick homers and drives in four runs.
Sweets 8, Koi 3
Walla Walla chooses the middle innings to break their game open. The Sweets score seven runs in the middle three innings to back Hayden Wesneski's strong start.
Thunder 4, Bums . . . well, more than 0...
Bako takes an entirely different route. They chose not to score . . . or hit . . . or walk . . . or even make contact much at all. Anthony DeSclafani (he's baaaaack, Rod...) and Matt Brash somehow allow three hits and a single run to the Little League hitters posing as major league players, and strike out 12 Bums. The Thunder aren't much better, but . . . well, there's really no need to be on this night.
