Bums will be offering arbitration to the following:
Zach Davies - $2.5M
Alex Colome - $2.5M
David Dahl - $1.5M
Raimel Tapia - $1.5M
Roberto Osuna - $3.5M

Brendt,

Dahl and Tapia both look like they have a WAR under 1 which would make increase their salaries to only $1mn.  Can you check?

That is correct.  I forgot that the Rookie scale is not addition of salary but the actual salary.

Might make more sense for us to do it that way in the rulebook as it would eliminate one extra chart (i.e. the year one chart adds an extra $500k to account for that original $500k salary).
