Can someone confirm that Jake Burger is in the Kraken farm system? My records show he is mine as does the roster page. But in the database he is on the Winds' minor roster.
Assuming he is on my roster, I will promote him. If he is not in my minors, I would be at 24 in the minors and not need to promote to make another pick. In that case, I would withdraw the waiver of Brosseau.
