Alec Manoah pitches a beautiful game to open the series (7 IP, 1 H, 12 K's).  The Robots respond with back to back seven innings gems from James Kaprielian and Tyler Anderson to cool off the Thunder and take the series on the road.

Albert Pujols, Rhys Hoskins, and Jeremy Pena combine to go 8-12 with four doubles, a homer, seven runs and six RBI in the Miners 10-3 opening game win.  Motor City finally ends their long losing streak behind Robbie Ray's seven strong in game three.

Seiya Suzuki completes the cycle in the series, going 9-13 with a double, triple and homer.  In game one, Wander Franco delivers the walk off hit, a run scoring double in the 10th.

Starting second baseman Chris Taylor's #8 slot in the Brooklyn lineup produces a pair of three run homers in game two.  But Taylor hits neither.  In the 7th, Alek Thomas pinch hits for Taylor and swats his second homer of the season.  In the 9th, Ceser Hernandez pinch hits for Thomas and connects on his second homer of the season.  Taylor's reaction after the game: "Maybe I shoulda fought a little harder to stay in the game."

Walla Walla bounces back from an opening game loss to win the series at home.  The Sweets win game two in dramatic fashion, coughing up a three run lead late and then rallying back for the walk off win.  With two outs in the ninth a hit batsman, walk and single lead to three runs, saving the Sweets bullpen from an embarassing loss.

Rattlers take game one on Jorge Polanco's second inning grand slam.  Game two's hero is DJ LeMahieu, who goes 4-4 (2B, HR), 3 runs and 5 RBI.  Mother Lode ends a short slide thanks to Sandy Alcantara's six hit complete game shutout in game three.
