A bit of a homer pick here, but I believe in the kid. I saw almost all of his home starts the last three seasons at Mizzou, Boston has a good one here. I waited this pick out long enough, no longer. With pick 4.16, Chicago Rum Runners select Tanner Houck-RHP-BOS.
