I drafted Lauer last year so I assume I can make another pick and someone can put him on my roster?

I would think so, it would be the same if you picked a player already drafted on another team, or if you got skipped, you would be able to jump back in at any time to make you selection.

my only backup of the spreadsheet from last October doesn't show him on my team but does show him being drafted. I haven't been up against the player limit so I doubt I would have waived him.

Well, I love my catching prospects young and far away from the majors. Plus, I can snag a Dodger prospect here, which is always amazing in this league when a Dodger prospect is available (and it makes me worry too). So the ACLs will select
