Guys, I'm going to come off skip. I just did a trade with Matt, emptying my MiL roster of two players.
Everson Pereira was actually next on my list. I think that will be a great pick.
With the recent Nomads/Asterisks trade requiring the Nomads to make some minor league waivers, we request being placed on skip while we make those decisions.
After clearing a spot, the Nomads will jump back in and select Jeff McNeil, inf, Mets with pick 11.10.
And with that we're done unless something else dramatic happens.
McNeil was taken in round 8 by the Sweets.
Guys, I didn't expect the trade to necessarily happen today, so I'm a bit unprepared to add two more to my roster. The very few guys still left on my draft sheet are just not wowing me, so I'm gonna keep looking a little deeper for a couple potential diamonds.
I'm going to place myself on SKIP as well, but I will be making 2 more picks (11.16 and 12.16). Then I will be done for sure.

Speaking as a Mets fan, I think the Mets have too many Mets players on their roster. Its time to clean house, starting with the owners of course. But the roster is a mess at all levels.
