The ACLs will promote the following minor league players to their major league roster with fresh new 2023 contracts at a salary of $500,000 per season.

Colin Poche, RP
Mike Soroka, SP

Along with this fine rookies, the ACLs will welcome back the following NRO's to the major league roster by promoting:
Dexter Fowler, OF (2020, 2.925M)
Tommy Kahnle, RP (2020, 3.4M)

I had sent them down to the minors last year, so they are NROs Minors, actually. Both were good players to keep in the minors it turned out, especially Kahnle, since he had a nice rebound season last year.
