Title: promotion confusion

I was unaware of this rule.................
Is this being enforced?  I saw in the 2021 changes that they dont HAVE to be promoted.  Is it too late to promote?  I see none here from any teams...................

I am also under the impression that we do not have to promote this year and will not lose anyone.

Truth. No team will be forced to promote players this season. No penalties. You can if you wish, of course.

You can promote at any time. No rules around that.

But like it has been said, due to 2020 being rather unique (#understatement) you don’t have to promote anyone if you don’t want to. But you are able.
