The ACL's bust out the whooping stick, beating the Rum Runners 22-9. Ankeny trained 7-8 heading into the 6th inning, but then put up 10 in the top of the 6th to put the game out of reach. Fowler was a double short of a cycle, going 4-5 with 3 runs and 4 RBI.
Honorable Mention:
The Cutthroats get a pinch-hit solo HY by Puig in the top of the 14th for the game winner in their 4-3 win over the Madmen.
Honorable Mention #2:
Three straight wins (couple by three straight losses by the Dogs) have put the Landlubbers in 1st place in the Montoya. I have nothing more to say about this :(
