The Robots have acquired two players listed as having "Rookie 4" contracts; I believe this means those players are eligible for arbitration. If the CO confirms this belief, I intend to offer arbitration to the following two players:

OF Aaron Hicks (2018/250k)
SP Hyun-jin Ryu (2018, 250k)

Sure thing Robert. Arbitration can be offered the week after free agency ends (or the week before it begins), so I'm going to leave this post here.
