Are we sure about those being the best 11-15? I thought about this after my response and then went straight to bed. The players selected so far are very team friendly and a lot of 2020 contracts. I don't think that makes them the best players. I mean Syndergaard barely has any innings for 2018 and what he has isn't very good.

Funny thing is that the 5 players I lost were not the five I expected to lose. The change in players lost will certainly impact my free agent outlook but I'm happy to see guys like Mike Leake, Tanner Roark, Raisel Iglesias and Matt Belisle returning for 2018.

Well, Iglesias was on your protected list so he wasn't going anywhere anyway. Believe me, he'd have been snapped up very early if he'd been eligible.

D'oh! I was hoping he'd make it through this draft.

Bombers now have 5 players taken. Incidentally, what does that say about my managing that I was the third team out, but had one of the worst teams this year?
