Cache Hogs system must be DEEP if they didn't protect White. I mean, trust me, I'm squarely in the TINSTAAPP camp, but White is well loved by Dodgers coaches. He has some serious swing-and-miss stuff. Get that BB/9 rate down a notch, and he's in the Dodgers rotation by mid-2019.

White has not received near the credit he probably deserves, I agree. And that puzzles me a bit. It's not like this guy is some no name, soft tossing, back woods college stiff drafted in the 34th round. He's a second rounder with premium stuff. And he's dominated both years in the LA system. Granted, he hasn't proven any level of stamina because LA has greatly curtailed his work load, but once he proves he can handle the innings, I agree he is a mid-rotation starter at his peak.

And none of that is to diminish the Cache Hogs protection list. Their minor league roster is deep.

With that pick, it's determined that Chris' 11-15th best players and 16-20th best minor league players were the best in the league. He went out first in the major league draft and third in the minor league draft.

Coming in a close second is my team. 3rd in the major league draft and 2nd in the minor league draft. Though this is the only thing I've come this close to winning in this league for a long time.

Does that make the Asterisks the 3rd best MiL system, kinda? Very glad to shut the door on you guys. Of the 5 players I lost, the one I'm most curious about is Jorge Ona. Gonna keep an eye on that kid.
