Game Highlights
~ Kevin Kiermaier and Wilson Ramos combine to go 6-8 with six runs scored and seven RBI and Ronald Acuna Jr. blasts a towering three run homer to lead Motor City to a route of Hawaiian. Kyle Gibson and Domingo German combine for a two hit shutout on the mound and the Madmen stay undefeated on the young season.
~ Mother Lode's Zack Wheeler throws nine innings of five hit shutout ball, but GP's Yu Darvish and a couple relievers match Wheeler through nine innings and the Argos and Brewers add another five innings of entertainment for the fans. Finally in the top of the 14th, Brandon Lowe uses his speed to leg out an infield single and then steal second base in front of Adam Duvall's game winning RBI single.
~ Justin Verlander pitches a complete game six hitter, striking out 11 and allowing one run as Lakeview stays undefeated with a 10-1 victory over Roxbury. The balanced offense raps out 15 hits with each batter collecting at least one hit.
