I received Rule V bids from the following teams: Bombers, Rattlers, Koi, Rum Runners, Asterisk, and Nomads. After processing them in order, the following Rule V selections were made:

Bombers: Dalton Pompey, OF
Rattlers: Chris Heston, SP
AZ Koi: Austin Hedges, C
Rum Runners: Yimi Garcia, RP
Asterisks: Christian Colon, 2B/SS/3B
Nomads: Chasen Shreve, RP

All Rule V claims are given a 2020 rookie contract.
