Game Highlights
Some big offensive showings tonight:
~ Santa Ana roughs up Ankeny, 13-1. The Winds offense raps out nine extra base hits, led by Max Stassi's two homer night.
~ Roxbury scores an 11-7 win over Chicago, scoring five over their last two at bats. Randal Grichuk homers twice and drives in five.
~ Arizona scores early and late (5 runs in the ninth) to take an 11-3 win from Rolla. Giancarlo Stanton doubles twice, homers and drives in five.
~ Mother Lode revamps just about their whole roster, and the new lineup responds with a 12 spot on San Diego. The ageless Nelson Cruz homers three times, and Bryce Harper, Ty France, Tyler Stephenson and Andres Jimenez (in his season debut) also deposit souvenirs into the stands in the Argos 12-5 victory.
~ Scurvy doubles up Grants Pass, 12-6. Shohei Ohtani has a game, going 4-5 with a double, three homers (33 on the season), and five RBI.
