~ Phoenix' Aaron Nola pitches a 2-hit, 10 K complete game shutout to lead the Miners to a 4-0 victory over Mother Lode. The win is Nola's 18th of the season and his nine shutout innings drops his ERA to 2.83.

~ Motor City's Jordan Montgomery pitches a one hitter as he shuts out Roxbury. Montgomery strikes out 11 Robot hitters in leading the Madmen to an 8-0 win.

~ In particular Brooklyn ends Santa Ana's latest win streak at twelve games. Kraken second baseman Cesar Hernandez cracks his 15th homer in the sixth inning to break a 2-2 tie and the Kraken bullpen shuts down a very potent Winds lineup over the final three innings to secure the 3-2 win.

Aug. 25th

~ Scurvy's Lance McCullers throws a complete game shutout, allowing just three hits and three walks, leading the Dogs to a 6-0 win over Arizona. Jared Walsh, Shohei Ohtani, and Luis Arraez homer in support of the dominant starting performance.
