Series Highlights
The KML wild card race is . . . well, I was going to say heating up, but it's been warming to a fever pitch for the last couple rounds! Now, it's approaching scalding levels of heat.
~ It seems putting away the two time defending champions is harder to do than we were thinking a few weeks ago. Ankeny rolls into Windy City and takes two of three from the Rattlers to climb within one game of the wild card.
~ Chicago drops two of three to Ann Arbor, leaving them tied with the Rattlers in the 3rd and 4th playoff spots in the KML.
~ Hawaiian ends their six game skid just in time and hold one game back of the wild card, tied with the ACL's.
~ And as if THAT weren't enough excitement, here comes Lakeview! The Rougarou are on a NINE GAME WIN STREAK after sweeping visiting Brooklyn out of town. The streak has drawn Lakeview to .500 and they now sit just three games back of the wild card positions.
BUCKLE UP BUTTERCUP! This is gonna be fun!
