Kraken Salary Offsets

I believe the following players qualify for a salary offset:
   * Yonny Chirinos (82%) - 750k offset
   * Adbert Alzolay (89%) - 250k offset
   * Codie Heuer (100%) - 750k offset

I believe these are the only eligible players.

We would like to add Richard Rodriguez to my salary offset requests. I believe we should be able to reduce his salary by $400k.

Dan,

Doesn't seem like he's eligible - while he was suspended for half the year, he did play in the minor leagues from mid-July through end of September.
