The Devils beat the Nomads 4-3 in 17 innings in another marathon game. Both teams had their opportunities as the Nomads left 15 runners on base while the Devils left 19. Strange play in the 11th though after the Nomads took the lead earlier in the frame via a solo HR by Stanton. Angel Pagan walked for the Devils to put the tying run on base. But later on a pickoff attempt there was an error charged to the Nomad pitcher (Vincent) which allowed him to advance to 2b where he later scored on an RBI single by Solarte. The winning run was scored in the 17th by Forsythe after a single, SB, and an RBI single by Holt.
