4/23/17 Kraken @ Bulldogs

So I told you it might happen that a team would get some back-to-back action and the Bulldogs are worthy this time as they are facing off against the Smokin' Hot Kraken. The offense was cracking in this one, but it was the Bulldogs who struck first in the first as Fullmer would give up four of 11 earned run, 11 I said. That might take you out of ROY contention right there in one outing. I will add that all four were scored with two-outs, demoralizing right there. For Bulldogs, Bogaerts is hitting a light .403, was he in the MVP Conversation? For the Bulldogs, Kendall Graveman wasn't effective giving up 5 ER in 5 2/3, but he hung around long enough to qualify for the overrated victory and passed it off to the bullpen. The Kraken continues to put up offensive numbers, but in this one they were bested by the Bulldogs who used two four-run innings to score eight of their 11 runs to take this one.
