The hottest team in the league (9 wins a row) now have the best record in the league (24-11) with consecutive 4-1 wins over the Bombers and Devils.

(Dis)Honorable Mention #1
The Asterisks were shutout in consecutive games (2-0 by the ACL's and 1-0 by the Bulldogs). That probably explains their trade waiting for commish approval to add Carlos Santana to their offense.

Honorable Mention #2
The aforementioned ACL's are on a roll of their own. Couple their win over the Asterisks with a 3-0 win over the Koi and their pitchers have 19 (and counting) consecutive scoreless innings.

Honorable Mention #3
Cutthroats beat the Devils 1-0. The Cuttys score in the bottom of the 1st on an error, walk, balk, and a line-out to CF. I don't even know if that qualifies for 'small ball', but it's a W in the books...
