ACL's over Sea Wolves 8-1;
Santa Ana continues to fumble through early season struggles. The Catching Contreras Brothers act takes center stage. Ankeny's Willson tallies three hits and drives in two to power the ACL offense, while Santa Ana's William is the only bright spot for the Sea Wolves offense, parking his firs HR of the season to stave off the shutout.
Bums over Thunder 9-3;
Not so fast Tucson. Bako takes the series from the hottest team in the league through the early season, winning the rubber match thanks to backup catcher Thomas Nido's fifth inning grand slam.
Robots over Tubemen 4-1;
Brandon Drury cracks an 11th inning 3-run HR to take Roxbury to the extra inning win.
Miners over Auk 3-0;
Freddy Peralta and three relievers shut out Great on five hits, striking out 16 Auk batters.
Garden Hammers over Landlubbers 4-3;
Trea Turners 10th inning Sac Fly plates the winning run.
Kraken over Madmen 7-6;
Kraken race out to a 7-0 lead after two innings and then hold on.
Koi over Sweets 10-2;
Bo Bichette goes 5-6 to pace a 20 hit attack for Arizona. A total team effort as every hitter scores at least one run and also drives in at least one run.
Anglerfish over Argos 6-4;
San Diego scores all their runs in the first inning and then rides Chris Archer and two relievers to the victory.
Dogs over Brewers 6-2;
Meh...
Rattlers over Rougarou 7-0;
Hunter Greene goes six strong, striking out eight, and Vlad Guerrero doubles, homers and drives in four runs.
