Series Highlights

Argos at Sweets;
Mother Lode sweeps their fourth straight series, running their win streak to TWELVE STRIAGHT GAMES.  Sandy Alcantara and Max Fried lead the way with 15 combined innings giving up just three runs.

Brewers at Auk;
Grants Pass sweeps through Great, extending their win streak to EIGHT STRAIGHT GAMES, behind similar starting performances from Yu Darvish and Jesus Luzardo.  George Springer goes a combined 6-8 with two home runs and four RBI over the final two games of the series.

Garden Hammers at Sea Wolves;
Santa Ana has righted their ship from early season struggles and runs their win streak to SEVEN STRIGHT GAMES.  Mike Trout homers in both games, including his 11th in the latest contest, a 3-run shot that proves to be the wining runs in the game.

ACL's at Tubemen;
Ankeny comes back in game three to salvage one win in the series behind Matt Carpenter's two home runs.  Carpenter assumed the league lead in HR with 15 on the season.

Thunder at Anglerfish;
Tucson takes two of three in San Diego to keep pace with the Frick leading Argonauts.  In the middle game of the series, Tucson rookie Spencer Strider strikes out 14 in 6.2 innings and lowers his ERA to 1.89 leading the Thunder to victory.  In the final game, Tony Gonsolin keeps his record a spotless 5-0.

Dogs at Miners;
Phoenix takes two of three from Scurvy.  The visitors eek out a win in the final game thanks to starting pitcher Shohei Ohtani who throws seven innings of one run ball and strikes out 11, and DH Shoheio Ohtani who cracks a 2-run homer in the fifth for the deciding runs in the Dogs 3-1 win.  (One question: why the heck is Shohei Ohtani batting 8th in the lineup???)

Kraken at Rattlers;
Brooklyn cools off Windy City with a pair of shutout wins to take the series two games to one.  Xander Bogaerts goes 6-9 over the two games to lead the way.

Landlubbers at Robots;
Ann Arbor takes game two of the series 3-1 behind Christian Javier's seven inning, 12 K gem.  Roxbury bounces back to win the rubber game of the series with a come from behind 6-4 victory to win the series.

Madmen at Rougarou;
After dropping game one at home, Lakeview takes the next two games of the series behind Carlos Correa's five hits and six RBI combined.

Bums at Koi;
Bako wins the series two to one with back to back shutout wins.  After starting the year 0-2 with a 5.21 ERA, Adam Wainwright has won his last three games and lowered his ERA to 4.24 after twirling a complete game, four hit shutout in the middle game of the series.
