Tubemen promote

tubemen promote all the players on our minors roster that need to be promoted. not sure what the rules are. is it that if they have ANY at bats or innings pitched they must be promoted or can they stay in minors roster? canzone, tovar, turang, cody morris, kyle harrison, freddy tarnok. i think those are my only ones who appeared in the majors in '23.

From the Rulebook I would believe these IPs or Abs would be lifetime cumulative not just the prior year.

Minor League Roster:
The minor league roster is your farm system. Carefully constructing your roster can give you affordable
skilled players to fill key positions and eventually (with good fortune) star on your major league roster.
The roster consists of up to 30 players who have not exhausted their "rookie" status (who must be
promoted the season after that player accumulates 130 Abs, 50 IPs for pitchers with a game started
during those innings, or 25 IP for pitchers without a game started during those innings). These players
are generally acquired through the minor league draft
