From California to Italy: Argonauts and Rougarou Make a Deal

Argonauts send Jazz Chisholm (CF 500K/25), Miguel Amaya (C 500K/27), Tim Anderson (2B/SS 3.5M/25), Jose Iglesias (450K/24), Emmanuel Rivera (1B/3B 450K/25) and prospects Chase Hampson (SP) and Denzel Clarke (CF) to the Lakeview Rougarou for Tyler Glasnow (SP 3M/25) and Trevor Stephan (RP 250K/25).

I wonder how often the WS winners and the WS runner up hook up on a deal the following offseason. Hopefully this one will help the Argonauts move from runner-up to winner in 2024.

Great working with you Brian! Enjoy Italy, and don't miss that train.

Apparently they have wifi on trains in Italy, Rougarou confirm this deal trying to build back the coffers of an exhausted minor league system. I am betting big on Chase Hampton, who I'm a big fan of, I am drinking the Koolaid that he will be a top end guy within 3 years.

I hope he hits that ceiling other than when we match up in the WS again.
