HOTN: July 18

We've entered back into divisional play in the schedule so I'll highlight a meaningful game from each race.

Barbosa:
Cutthroats throttle the Cache Hogs 14-1. A 9-run 6th inning made it 12-1 and effectively ended any hopes of a Cache Hogs comeback. Votto walked twice and scored two runs (even stole a base) in the 6th for the Cuttys. Cuttys with a 5 game lead over the Cache Hogs and a 5.5 game lead over the Sweets (who have gone 2-8 over their last 10).

Turner:
Rattlers beat the Nomads 5-4 in 11 on a walkoff HR by Bryant. Merrifield went 3-6 for the Nomads though to increase his batting average on the season to .378 - too bad he doesn't have enough AB to qualify for the batting title. Rattlers with a 1.5 game advantage over the Nomads.

Montoya:
Asterisks take two from the Dogs, including a 10-1 win from Lester (who is stuck in the Arizona desert waiting for his trade to be processed). With the losses the Dogs have a .5 game lead over both the Landlubbers and Asterisks. Koi only 6 back, plus they are 3 games over .500. What a division :)

Max:
Yawn, the Kraken won again. They are now 60-31 on the season and have won 10 in a row.
