HotN:
Landlubbers Gio Gonzalez had a rough outing (the Kraken bats will do that to you). His start went like this: double, HR, groundout, HR, double, double, double, take a shower. 1/3 of an inning, 6 earned runs. But the Landlubbers bullpen was up to the challenge and after their bats came alive in the 5th inning they took a 9-7 lead that stood up for the win. Polanco went 4-4 (4 singles) and added a walk with 2 runs and 3 RBI to lead the comeback.

Honorable Mention:
The defending champion Nomads are back from the dead. They have won 9 of their last 10 and have moved into a tie for first place with the Rattlers in the Turner. This is going to be an interesting race to watch down the stretch, especially since who ever ends up "losing" is also in a virtual tie with the Sweets for the final wild card spot. Things are a little more clear cut in the DPR as barring a complete collapse the 4 playoff teams are pretty much set, they are just battling for seeding at this point.
