Stephen Strasburg came oh so close to a no hitter for the Asterisks. He has walked 4 so his pitch count was elevated, but GM Kyle was on the phone with the computer manager saying "leave him in, lets go for this" so Strasburg came back out for the 9th inning with a zero still on the board in the Rum Runners hits column. Perez struck to start the 9th, and then Strasburg helped himself by fielding a Bautista grounder. We're 1 out away folks. And then Trumbo lined a double to LC and then fun was over. Strasburg was pulled for a RP to get a standing ovation from the tens of fans in attendance (no one really likes the Asterisks, even in Arizona). Asterisks won 10-0, Zobrist and Segura each with 4 RBI.
