The hottest team in the league? That would be the Devils. Winners of four straight thanks to a come from behind 4-3 win over the Madmen. Trailing 3-2 in the bottom of the 8th, the Devils played small ball to manufacture a couple runs - walk, single, wild pitch to advance the runners, sac fly, single. Some say they don't have a chance in hell (see what I did there?) in making the playoffs, but they are only 8 games back of the Rattlers. Their playoff chances might have been derailed by a 17-30 record in 1-run games, which includes tonight's win.

Honorable Mention:
Speaking of close wins, the Landlubbers also came from behind to win 3-1 over the Bulldogs. Kenley Jansen picked up his league leading 37th save, without a blown save mind you, the only closer in the league with that distinction. Jinx
