Sure, I get as frustrated as anyone when I think I'm going to land a player and he gets bid up late in the process. But there are lots of reasons why it might happen...anywhere from people's busy schedules, changing to plan B or, dare I say it, it could even be strategy. While I wouldn't want to make it a habit...for or against me...I also don't see the need for a GM to have to apologize for a "late bid" that's within the rules of the process. Quote Selected 1 Likes
