Didnt know revoking waivers was a thing.  I waived Garrett because the roster spreadsheet said I had 41 players and Burleson was added.  
The Koi now revoke waivers on Garrett

You can't revoke the waiver.  But if Garrett clears waiver, you can keep him either on your major or minor league roster.  The waiver process gives other teams a chance to claim the guy and remove his contract from your books.
